Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells using CSB-PA008545EA01HU at dilution of 1:100 and Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)

IHC image of CSB-PA008545EA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

FCGRT polyclonal antibody CSB-PA008545EA01HU was produced in the rabbits immunized by using the Recombinant Human IgG receptor FcRn large subunit p51 protein (24-297AA) as the immunogen. The target protein FCGRT is a cell surface receptor that binds the Fc region of monomeric immunoglobulin G. This protein transfers immunoglobulin G antibodies from mother to the newborn across the placenta. Besides, it also binds immunoglobulin G to protect the antibody from degradation. Diseases associated with FCGRT include selective Igg deficiency disease and immunodeficiency.
This Rabbit anti-Homo sapiens (Human) FCGRT Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA, WB, IHC and IF applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the FCGRT proteins of human or mouse-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of FCGRT protein.
